You will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence, generating leads, and executing strategic digital marketing activities. Key Responsibilities: - Manage our company's social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. - Create and publish engaging content related to construction projects, site updates, and company activities. - Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and enhance brand visibility. - Oversee paid advertisements on social media platforms like Meta Ads and Google Ads. - Collaborate with the design team to develop creative posts, banners, and promotional materials. - Regularly update the content on our company website and project portfolio. - Monitor the performance of digital marketing initiatives and prepare monthly reports. - Provide support for recruitment campaigns and online branding initiatives. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in social media marketing and content creation. - Basic knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads. - Experience using design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar software. - Strong communication skills and a creative mindset. - Familiarity with SEO and digital analytics is preferred. In addition to the above, the company offers a monthly salary ranging from 15,000.00 to 30,000.00, along with benefits including health insurance and paid sick time. The work location is in-person.
