Role Overview:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist in the real estate industry based in Mumbai, specifically on the Western Line, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote local real estate listings across various digital platforms. Your responsibilities will include social media management, content creation, SEO oversight, website management, portal handling, analytics and reporting, research and administration tasks, as well as collaborating with the sales team to achieve lead generation objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies across multiple digital channels.
  • Manage and optimize the companys presence on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Design engaging posts using Canva for different formats like single images, carousels, videos, and stories.
  • Oversee SEO efforts to enhance website rankings and manage website content.
  • Handle real estate portals such as Magic Bricks, 99acres, and Housing.
  • Analyze website traffic and campaign performance, and generate reports for optimization.
  • Manage Google Drive folders and navigate property portals to locate property records.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with lead generation goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 23 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record.
  • Prior experience in the real estate industry, with a focus on the Juhu and Vile Parle West markets.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in social media marketing, web content writing, WordPress management, and Web Analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with graphic design using Canva.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities for handling multiple projects effectively.
