Job Description
As a Desktop Support Engineer at Sanrachna Steel, you will play a crucial role in the construction lifecycle by ensuring the proper functioning of hardware and software systems. Your responsibilities will include:
- Implementing and assessing Management Suite, resolving technical issues, and managing data networks
- Installing, assessing, and testing desktop software applications
- Providing hands-on support in diagnosing hardware issues and ensuring their resolution
- Establishing workstations, assessing connectivity, and ensuring proper functioning
- Troubleshooting system and server failures, identifying bottlenecks, and enhancing network efficiency
- Configuring and testing software, maintaining hardware, and peripheral devices
- Setting up and maintaining camera and access control systems
- Evaluating network performance, identifying improvement methods, and scheduling upgrades
- Offering technical expertise to co-workers and creating comprehensive instruction manuals
- Maintaining inventory of all hardware within the organization
Qualifications Required:
- Diploma/Bachelors of Engineering
Please note that the work location for this position is in Bangalore, Karnataka, with shift timings from 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm, Indian Standard Time. This is a permanent role with a 3-month probationary period, and compensation will be based on experience.
