As a Visual Designer at Social Innovation Studio, you will be responsible for transforming complex ideas into clear and engaging visuals that resonate with diverse audiences. Your key responsibilities will include: - Data Visualization: Design communication materials for projects involving communities with varying literacy levels, ensuring inclusivity and easy understanding. - Creative Collateral: Develop visually engaging communication materials for reports, presentations, digital campaigns, and event promotions. - Adapt Design Styles: Ensure designs align with project needs by adapting to various visual languages and styles. Qualifications required for this role include: - Design Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva. - Ability to transform data and information into impactful visuals. - Organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. - Adaptability: Flexibility in working across different design styles and visual languages. - Bonus Skills: Experience with illustration and Procreate is a plus.
