Decision Scientist

You will be joining Angel One as a Decision Scientist in Analytics, based in Bangalore (Hybrid). Role Overview: As a Decision Scientist, you will be responsible for driving product and business decisions through data. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership teams to tackle high-impact business challenges. Your role will involve defining success metrics, designing analytical frameworks, conducting A/B tests, leading deep-dive analyses on user behavior, and building predictive models to support decision-making. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with cross-functional teams to solve high-impact business problems - Define success metrics and translate ambiguous questions into measurable hypotheses - Design, execute, and interpret A/B tests and experiments - Lead in-depth analyses on user behavior, retention, and monetization - Build predictive models and decision-support tools for prioritization - Deliver actionable insights through dashboards, narratives, and presentations - Improve experimentation and measurement standards across teams Qualification Required: - 4+ years of experience in Decision Science, Product Analytics, Data Science, or related roles - Strong understanding of product analytics and decision-making - Hands-on expertise in statistics, hypothesis testing, and experimental design - Proficiency in SQL and Python (or R) for data manipulation and analysis - Knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, and predictive analytics - Ability to simplify complex analysis into clear business recommendations About Angel One: Angel One is a rapidly growing fin-tech company in India, focused on simplifying investing for every Indian.
