Data Scientist AI Developer

As an AI Developer, you will be responsible for building and deploying agentic applications that automate workflows, enhance decision-making, and deliver intelligent user experiences across multiple domains such as HR, finance, healthcare, and recruitment. Your expertise in AI and GenAI technologies will be crucial in developing autonomous agents powered by LLMs and integrated with enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities: - Solid proficiency in Python for backend and AI development. - Experience with agentic frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar frameworks. - Proficiency in one of the cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and associated GenAI services. - Designing and building AI/ML systems including GenAI agents, RAG pipelines, and LLM orchestration. - Expertise in containerization and deployment using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. - Understanding of GDPR, CCPA, and responsible AI principles. - Integration of AI systems with MCP servers, APIs, and enterprise data sources. - Experience with data engineering including vector databases, graph databases, and ingestion pipelines. Qualifications Required: - 3 to 7 years of experience in AI development. - Immediate/upto 45 days notice period. - AI/ML certifications from AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud are a plus. In addition to the above, you will be involved in fine-tuning models, optimizing agent workflows, designing evaluation pipelines, conducting testing, implementing observability dashboards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and business stakeholders. Your role will also require you to participate in demos, solution walkthroughs, and stakeholder engagements.
