Job Description

As a Data Quality Lead at Egis Engineering, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of HR data across global systems. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing decision-makers with high-quality data for reporting, analytics, and strategic planning in a fast-growing environment. Key Responsibilities: - Define and enforce data quality standards, processes, and controls. - Conduct regular audits to identify inconsistencies and ensure data integrity. - Ensure compliance with GDPR and internal data protection policies. - Develop dashboards and KPIs to track data quality performance. - Work closely with internal cross-functional stakeholders to align data quality initiatives. - Keep abreast of the trends in data governance and propose innovative solutions to enhance data reliability and usage. Qualifications Required: - MBA (Good to have) - Undergraduate degree in Information Systems - Data analytics certification (Good to have) - Minimum 5-7 years of experience in data quality, data governance, or BI roles, preferably in an HR context. Technical Expertise: - Strong knowledge of data management tools and BI platforms such as Power BI, Power queries, Excel Macro, SQL, etc. - Familiarity with data cleaning, validation, and delivery processes. Soft Skills: - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proactiveness. - Curiosity. Interpersonal Skills: - Collaboration with stakeholders from various departments including Finance, HR, and IT. - Guiding stakeholders on best practices for data entry, maintenance, and usage.
