Data Engineer

As a Data Engineer at our organization, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining data pipelines to support our data infrastructure and analytics initiatives. Working closely with data scientists, analysts, and stakeholders, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the seamless flow of data across various systems and platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Proficiency in Python and Pyspark programming language is essential for data manipulation and pipeline development. - Strong understanding of SQL and relational databases is required for data querying and manipulation. - Experience with version control systems like Git is necessary for code management and collaboration. - Working knowledge of at least one cloud platform (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a must for this role. Preferred Skills: - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS for data integration and orchestration. - Experience with Databricks for big data processing and analytics. - Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and methodologies. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 2 to 7 years of experience in data engineering or a related role. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
