Data Engineer II - ETL & Power BI

You are a versatile Data Engineer with expertise in both ETL development and Business Intelligence. Your main responsibilities will include: - Adept at writing efficient SQL with working experience with relational databases such as Snowflake, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and others - Demonstrating expertise in ETL development and use of ETL Framework in building pipelines - Proficient in Python programming language with exposure to Libraries like Pandas, NumPy for data manipulation and transformation - Modeling skills to design efficient schemas with data objects and understanding of normalization vs. denormalization - Familiarity with Data Governance & Security including role-based access control, data encryption, masking, etc - Managing data pipeline to automate and orchestrate processes using automation and orchestration tools - Adequate Exposure in Azure Cloud Computing especially in the use of Azure Blob Storage, Azure Key Vault, ADF pipelines, etc Your Power BI & Reporting Skills will include: - In-depth knowledge of Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and Microsoft Report Builder for paginated reports - Familiarity with Power Query for data transformation and Power Pivot for data modeling - Expertise in Data modeling, DAX (Data Analysis Expressions), SQL Knowledge for data manipulation & ETL tasks - Ability to translate business requirements into effective visualizations and proficiency in creating various types of charts, graphs, and dashboards to represent data insights About Rackspace Technology: Rackspace Technology is the multicloud solutions expert, combining expertise with leading technologies across applications, data, and security to deliver end-to-end solutions.
