As a Snowflake Architect/ Manager in Data Solutions at Spaulding Ridge, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and testing modern analytic solutions. Your responsibilities will include: Managing the Data engineering lifecycle from research to deployment Collaborating with team members to align technology with client business objectives Building proof of concepts for a modern analytics stack supporting Cloud-based Business Systems Mentoring and developing junior resources Creating actionable recommendations based on platform problems Demonstrating a clear understanding of client business needs Collaborating with other architects on solution designs and recommendations Qualifications required for this role include: 8+ years experience in developing business intelligence and analytic solutions Thorough knowledge of data warehouse concepts and dimensional modeling Advanced SQL writing skills 5+ years of hands-on experience with DBT, especially on Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, or Databricks Snowflake SnowPro Core certification preferred Experience with cloud data platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP Proficiency in setting up and managing DBT projects, environments, and jobs Hands-on experience with DBT features such as Jinja, Macros, Snapshots, and incremental models Familiarity with DBT Seeds, materialization techniques, and version control systems Experience in architecting data pipelines using DBT and visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI Business Data Analyst experience and knowledge of ETL/ELT processes Consulting experience in project-based delivery using SDLC Proficiency in relational databases and Agile/Kanban/DevOps Delivery Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills Spaulding Ridge is committed to creating an inclusive workplace where diversity is embraced.
