Data & Analytics, Senior Associate

As a Data and Analytics Senior Associate at RSM, you will be working closely with the Data Analytics team to create and maintain data models aligned with business requirements. Your responsibilities will include designing and developing ETL pipelines, developing Semantic Models and Reports/Dashboards, facilitating business requirements sessions, and collaborating effectively with clients and team members across regions. Key Responsibilities: - Create and maintain data models (dimensional and 3NF) aligned with business requirements. - Design and develop ETL pipelines to consolidate data from various source systems into a unified data platform. - Develop Semantic Models and Reports/Dashboards based on business requirements. - Facilitate business requirements sessions and conduct data analysis to specify the data needed for impactful business objectives. - Collaborate effectively with clients and team members across regions. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Math, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Analytics. - 3+ years of experience designing data models across multiple subject areas and business domains. - 3+ years of experience in designing and developing business intelligence solutions. - 3+ years of designing and developing scalable, efficient data pipelines. - Proficiency in BI visualization tools such as Power BI, Quick Sight, or Tableau. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. - Team-oriented with the ability to work independently and in virtual teams. - Passion for solving complex business problems through data-driven solutions. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience conducting solution/technical assessments. - Knowledge of Databricks. - Working knowledge of modernized information management tools.
