Data Analyst (Finance & Accounting)

You will be joining Lexitas India Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of the MNC Company Lexitas, as a detail-oriented Financial Data Analyst. Your primary responsibility will involve collecting and validating financial data from multiple sources, performing month-end closing activities, developing financial models, and preparing reports to communicate performance. You will also be required to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Collect and validate financial data from multiple sources - Perform month-end closing activities for financial reporting - Develop financial models for accounting and tax reporting - Prepare reports to communicate performance - Identify trends and opportunities for improvement Qualifications: - Masters degree in finance & accounting - 5+ years of experience in Accounting, Reporting, financial analysis, or data analytics - Understanding of month-end closing process, Journal entry review, P&L, and balance sheet review - Basic understanding of taxation concepts - Strong Excel skills; experience with macros a plus - Excellent analytical and communication skills - Experience with NetSuite or other ERP preferred Additional Company Details: Lexitas is a high-growth company with a focus on building strong personal relationships with clients and providing reliable, accurate, and professional services.
