Role Overview: As a Cybersecurity Analyst, your role will involve participating in incident reporting, digital forensics, malware analysis, and log correlation. You will be responsible for vulnerability management, application security assessments, and security audits for telecom and IT infrastructure. Supporting red teaming activities to assess and enhance the security posture of critical and sensitive infrastructure will also be a key part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will monitor and analyze network threats, coordinate incident triage and response across LSAs and agencies, and assist in securing the network of Telecom-CSIRT Stakeholders. Your role will also include liaising with CERT-In, NCIIPC, CyMAC, NSCS, law enforcement, and other stakeholders for coordinated cybersecurity efforts. Additionally, you will contribute to the formulation of cybersecurity policies, incident management workflows, and reporting templates. Organizing and participating in training and capacity-building initiatives for LSAs, young professionals, and service providers will also be essential. Providing technical guidance during vendor selection, contract finalization, and technology procurement, analyzing cyber threat intelligence data, correlating threat information, and disseminating actionable intelligence are some of the other responsibilities you will handle. Conducting risk assessments, ensuring compliance with regulations, monitoring the global threat landscape, and recommending enhancements to the T-CSIRT framework and tools will also be part of your daily tasks. Collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment to ensure a robust cybersecurity posture will be crucial to your success in this role.
