Cyber Security Engineer

As a TAC engineer at Netskope, located in Chennai/Bengaluru with the option to work from the office during night shifts, your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer support by leveraging your solid core networking skills. You should have a deep understanding of the TCP/IP Protocol suite and OSI layered architecture to troubleshoot related issues effectively. Additionally, you will be expected to have prior experience in supporting network security technologies such as Proxies, NG Firewalls, SSL/IPSec, VPNs, SSO, DLP, and Encryption gateways. Key Responsibilities: - Work in a TAC environment focusing on Firewall and SASE domains - Quickly identify and resolve problems to ensure remarkable customer experience - Monitor and clear the case queue within the shift timeline - Assist customers with Netskope products and services - Update ZD with case updates and adhere to SLA requirements - Manage caseloads efficiently, driving towards closure - Take ownership of problem resolution, reproduction, and escalation Qualifications Required: - Graduation is mandatory - Excellent communication skills - Strong knowledge of Security, Firewalls, access control, and vulnerability management - Familiarity with network troubleshooting utilities like lookup, traceroute, ping, net stat, wire shark, TCP dump, and HAR Captures - International support experience is preferable - CCNA certification is preferable In this role, you will be part of a dynamic Technical Assistance Center environment where your focus on customer satisfaction and problem-solving skills will be instrumental in delivering high-quality support to Netskope customers.
