Cyber Security Analyst

As a PAM Analyst within the CISO Identity & Access Management team at Intact UK, your role is pivotal in ensuring that privileged identities are managed in alignment with business requirements. You will collaborate closely with various teams including CISO, CIO, and external partners. The role demands expertise in implementing PAM solutions like CyberArk and managing cloud identities across multiple providers. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement PAM solutions for privileged account lifecycle management, session monitoring, and compliance. - Configure and customize CyberArk components for enterprise integration. - Enhance and scale the CyberArk environment through automation and standardization. - Integrate CyberArk Privilege Cloud with enterprise applications and hybrid cloud services. - Create and maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams and integration specifications. - Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve CyberArk platform issues. - Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to address security risks, compliance requirements, and incident response. - Contribute to the overall PAM strategy and roadmap. Qualifications Required: - Configure CyberArk components and manage privileged accounts across various systems. - Integrate CyberArk with enterprise systems and automate operational tasks. - Troubleshoot CyberArk platform components and manage access control policies. - Deliver end-to-end PAM implementations and perform system upgrades. - Collaborate with security teams on incident response and remediation activities. Regulatory Requirements: - Adherence to industry best practice security standards and regulatory frameworks. - Compliance with data protection regulations such as GDPR and PCI-DSS. - Knowledge of regulatory requirements like NI52-109 and FCA guidelines. Experience Requirements: - Previous experience in the Financial Services industry is preferred. - Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity roles. - Experience in delivering threat intelligence or cybersecurity services in large enterprise environments.
