Job Description
As a Technical Support Specialist, your role will involve providing technical support on Email Authentication protocols such as DMARC, SPF, DKIM, MTA-STS, TLS-RPT, and BIMI. You will act as a subject matter expert in this area and offer pre and post-sales technical support to customers. Your responsibilities will also include performing product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers/partners, answering product-related queries promptly, and suggesting upgrades or additional features based on customer needs. Additionally, you will work closely with sales and account teams to support pre-sales activities, maintain customer relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and collaborate effectively with partner organizations to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support on Email Authentication protocols
- Act as a subject matter expert in DMARC, SPF, DKIM, MTA-STS, TLS-RPT, and BIMI
- Offer pre and post-sales technical support to customers
- Perform product demonstrations and presentations
- Answer product-related queries promptly
- Evaluate customer needs and suggest upgrades or additional features
- Collaborate with sales and account teams
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Engage with partner organizations for effective collaboration
- Determine technical requirements to meet client goals
- Train customers/partners on product usage
- Provide reports on product performance
- Carry out proof of value for customers/partners
- Implement email authentication controls for clients
Qualifications:
- Fluent in written and verbal English Language (MUST)
- Effective communicator (must)
- Fast learner
- Technical subject matter expert in Email Authentication Protocols
- Excellent written, oral communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work under rigid time frames for multiple clients simultaneously
- Productive time management and efficiency
- Strong collaborative skills
- Initiative and self-motivation
- Perform effectively in a fast-paced networked environment
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
- Understanding of Cyber Security and Email Authentication
