Key Responsibilities: - Good Communication skills required, including fluency in English, Hindi, and any regional languages. - Comfortable taking multiple calls per day. - Highly organised and mature with respectful behavior. - Provide complete information about the product to the customer. - Receive inbound calls and counsel customers. - Make outbound calls based on leads received from support teams. - Capable of judging the requirements of the customer.
