As a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) at Crystal Group, your role will involve:
- Actively conducting cold calling to generate new business leads.
- Independently generating leads through market research, networking, references, and online platforms.
- Mapping potential markets and building a strong, qualified lead database.
- Identifying key decision-makers and scheduling meetings for Business Development Managers (BDMs).
- Handing over qualified leads to BDMs for conversion and revenue closure.
- Benchmarking competitors, pricing strategies, and market positioning.
- Maintaining and regularly updating CRM with accurate lead and client data.
Qualifications required for this role:
- Female candidate preferred.
- Any educational background (Graduation preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong confidence in cold calling and lead generation.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
