Job Description

As an Incentive Compensation Associate (Customer Operations Associate) at Forma.ai, you will be responsible for the ongoing operations for a portfolio of customers. This includes tasks such as rule building, process execution, reporting, dashboarding, and providing product support to ensure customers derive maximum value from the Forma.ai platform. Your key responsibilities will include: - Creating automated reporting (financial, sales performance, incentive compensation) to facilitate process automation and enhance business visibility - Supporting design projects by conducting analysis, financial modeling, project planning, customer workshops, and presenting/recommending findings - Identifying opportunities for process improvement in client processes and exploring new techniques to enhance design and streamline processes - Implementing new Forma.ai platform features within your customer portfolio to drive continuous improvement and automation - Developing strong relationships with key customer stakeholders to ensure they realize the full value of Forma.ai - Collaborating with the Product team to communicate customer feedback and aid in the development of new product features - Working alongside the Engineering team to implement new platform features within your customer portfolio for continuous improvement and automation Qualifications required for this role: - 3+ years of experience in tech implementation, management consulting, or a similar quantitative-focused role - Proficiency in working with large datasets and understanding logical structures of databases and workflows - Knowledge of data architecture, process flows, and common analytical tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint) - Strong analytical problem-solving skills, organizational abilities, and project management capabilities - Ability to take ownership, drive projects in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to evolving situations At Forma.ai, we value collaboration, precision, and relentless pursuit of excellence.
