Key Responsibilities: Design high-performing ad creatives & social content Edit Reels, ads, and brand videos with strong storytelling Translate rough ideas into polished output Collaborate with content & performance teams Present concepts with clear rationale Utilize AI tools (Runway, Midjourney, Firefly) to enhance speed & creativity Qualifications Required: 25 years of agency experience with a strong portfolio Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and AI tools Experience with D2C/performance creatives Strong design POV with attention to detail In this fast-paced environment with 45 projects running simultaneously, you can expect deadlines, quick turnarounds, direct client interaction, and the opportunity for your work to go live rapidly.
