Job Description

As a Creative Executive at Fabtech, your role will involve supporting the marketing and brand communication efforts across various platforms including graphics, video, presentations, and social media. You will be responsible for designing marketing creatives, editing short-form videos, converting technical concepts into engaging visuals, maintaining brand consistency, creating professional PowerPoint presentations, supporting campaigns and initiatives, managing creative tasks, and coordinating with internal teams and vendors. Key Responsibilities: - Design marketing creatives for social media, blogs, brochures, presentations, emailers, and internal communication. - Edit short-form videos for LinkedIn reels, YouTube, events, product walkthroughs, and brand content. - Convert technical engineering and pharma concepts into visually clear, engaging communication. - Maintain brand consistency across all design and video outputs. - Create clean, professional PowerPoint slide decks for sales, marketing, and leadership use. - Support campaigns, exhibitions, launches, and ongoing content initiatives. - Manage multiple creative tasks with proper file organisation and adherence to timelines. - Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for print and production needs. Required Skills: - Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. - Hands-on experience with Premiere Pro and After Effects for social media video editing. - Positive understanding of typography, layout, colour, and visual hierarchy. - Ability to work with structured, technical, and B2B-focused content. - Experience creating well-formatted, brand-aligned Microsoft PowerPoint presentations. - Attention to detail, consistency, and quality control. What Were Looking For: - Someone who understands that B2B design needs clarity before creativity. - Comfortable switching between static design, video editing, and presentation work. - Able to take briefs, ask the right questions, and execute independently. Portfolio showing both design and video work (mandatory). Nice-to-Have: - Familiarity with Canva or similar online collaborative design tools. - Prior exposure to pharma, biotech, engineering, or industrial brands.
