Job Description
As the Country Manager for India at OPSWAT, your primary responsibility will be to lead the sales strategy and execution in the country to drive revenue growth and market expansion for the company's cybersecurity solutions. You will be tasked with achieving ambitious sales targets, building strategic partnerships, and managing a high-performance sales team in the rapidly evolving cybersecurity landscape of India.
**Role Overview:**
In this leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy for the India region to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Your focus will be on identifying and prioritizing high-potential markets and customer segments within India, driving the adoption of OPSWAT's IT/OT cybersecurity solutions, and positioning OPSWAT as the preferred cybersecurity provider in the region.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the India region
- Identify and prioritize high-potential markets and customer segments
- Drive adoption of OPSWAT's cybersecurity solutions through consultative selling
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team
- Establish clear performance metrics and sales processes
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Drive lead generation, opportunity development, and deal closure
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new products and services
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather customer feedback and drive product enhancements
**Qualifications Required:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the cybersecurity, IT, or OT technology sector
- Proven track record of achieving multimillion-dollar sales targets
- Strong leadership and emotional intelligence skills
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel extensively across the India region
