Content Specialist

As a Video Content Creator at The Hype Capital, your core job responsibility will include: - Planning and creating high-quality, engaging short-form video content for various clients and The Hype Capitals own social media channels. - Developing concepts, scripting videos, filming, and editing content from start to finish. - Working closely with the social media management team to align content with client strategies and trends. - Keeping a finger on the pulse of content creation trends, music, challenges, and formats, and suggesting ideas for quick incorporation. - Being actively involved in all stages of content production, from brainstorming to final upload. - Measuring and analyzing content performance to identify areas for improvement and key successes. - Collaborating with clients and team members on location for shoots and content development. - Managing 2 to 3 accounts end-to-end - Strategy, idea, scripting, shooting, editing, posting, managing comments & DMs, etc. To be a good fit for this role, you should: - Live and breathe video creation, constantly trying new formats and tools. - Have a portfolio of self-created content (even personal accounts count!). - Be proficient in mobile video editing apps (e.g. CapCut, VN, InShot) and/or professional software. - Be comfortable and confident being in front of the camera as well as shooting and editing from behind it. - Have impeccable attention to detail in scripting, filming, and post-production. - Have an insatiable desire to learn, grow, and hone your craft in the ever-changing content space. The office is located in Bandra West, Mumbai, with an onsite hybrid arrangement requiring a minimum of 3 days/week from the office.
