Construction Manager MEP

As a Construction Manager at M Moser, your role involves working with the team to develop project-related details such as interior designers, site workers, etc. You will be responsible for monitoring technical tasks for overall design and build projects, coordinating various trades on-site, supervising and managing site subcontractors' workers, conducting site inspection and management for construction workers, scheduling and leading site meetings with clients, ensuring compliance with contractual, statutory, and regulatory requirements, and finally, handing over the project to the client including providing as-built documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Develop project-related details with the team - Monitor technical tasks for design and build projects - Coordinate various trades on-site - Supervise and manage site subcontractors' workers - Conduct site inspection and management - Schedule and lead site meetings with clients - Ensure compliance with contractual, statutory, and regulatory requirements - Hand over the project to the client with proper documentation Qualifications Required: - Knowledge and experience in fit-out - Familiarity with Control and Instrumentation systems - Experience in project documentation and site inspection - Ability to work independently and be motivated - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in workplace interior design preferred - Proficiency in spoken and written English At M Moser, you are expected to be exceptionally driven and organized in your thinking with a knack for problem-solving.
