Cloud Based DevOps Platform Development Scrum Master

Role Overview: As a Scrum Master in this role, you will be responsible for driving the development of an automation software platform that enables seamless integration of work packages with integrated build and validation features. Key Responsibilities: - Formulate strategy and approach to guide teams in achieving predictability, quality, and efficiency through the application of agile methods - Wear different hats such as Servant Leader, Coach, Facilitator, Mentor, and Change agent - Provide thought leadership and assist management in designing and enabling the underlying system to support agile practices and culture - Identify and eliminate systemic impediments to the adoption of agile methods - Apply a wide range of Lean-Agile methodologies, Scaling frameworks, and practices - Work collaboratively in a team with an empathetic, adaptive, and positive mindset - Demonstrate business acumen, performance orientation, results-driven mindset, and conflict resolution skills Qualifications Required: - BE/B.Tech. in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, or Mechanical - Minimum of 8+ years of professional work experience - Expertise in any Cloud service platform such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, OpenStack, or Apache Cloud Stack - Knowledge of DevOps workflows for deploying CI/CD/CT services in Cloud platforms - Minimum of 3 years of experience in projects applying Agile/Scrum practices as a Product Owner/Agile Master/Agile Team member - Familiarity with Agile and Scrum tactics/techniques such as Planning poker, Burndown/burn up, CFD, and retrospective formats - Ability to provide training in structured and unstructured environments - Skilled in sharing knowledge and skills to foster personal and professional growth - Proficiency in facilitating as a neutral facilitator to guide teams through decision-making processes - Excellent communication skills to collaborate with all levels of the organization Additional Details: CTC: 13 to 15 LPA Location: Bangalore Role Overview: As a Scrum Master in this role, you will be responsible for driving the development of an automation software platform that enables seamless integration of work packages with integrated build and validation features.
