Role Overview:
TermGrid is rewriting the rules of private capital markets by providing a category-defining operating system for deal professionals, where the most sophisticated private equity sponsors, lenders, and advisors manage every stage of their financing workflows. Founded in 2019, TermGrid has become a trusted technology partner for top global private equity firms, with numerous accolades recognizing their innovative solutions. As the private credit market continues to grow rapidly, TermGrid is at the forefront of transforming workflows to meet the demands of the modern era.
Key Responsibilities:
- Global Client Support: Collaborate with the Professional Services team to ensure clients across the US, Europe, and Asia receive consistent and high-quality support.
- Portfolio Management: Maintain and manage portfolio information for clients on the TermGrid platform, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility. Oversee the data ingestion process for smooth onboarding and updates.
- Client Insights & Reporting: Contribute to Quarterly Business Reviews by providing insights on client usage patterns, engagement metrics, and feedback.
- Client Relationship Management: Assist Account Managers with client inquiries and issues related to TermGrid's Portfolio product, ensuring timely resolution and proactive communication.
- Knowledge Management: Develop and update internal and external knowledge base articles to enhance client enablement and operational efficiency.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Product and Engineering teams to communicate client needs, provide feedback, and contribute to product enhancements.
Qualifications Required:
- Solid academic background with a degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in leveraged finance, investment banking, or private equity at a top-tier firm.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and receiving positive client feedback.
- Outstanding attention to detail to build trust with sophisticated investors.
- Strong understanding of corporate and leveraged finance terminologies.
- Systematic and methodical approach with strong prioritization skills.
- Ability to work across various time zones (US, EU, and Asia).
