Job Description
You will be joining a dynamic and collaborative workplace at cloudEQ, where you will face challenges and opportunities for inspiration every day. As a Client Delivery Manager, your role will involve developing relationships with assigned clients, serving as a trusted advisor to the client success team, and managing client accounts effectively.
**Roles and Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain a trusted advisor relationship with client success and key accounts, as well as client executives.
- Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs.
- Plan and develop a strategic IT roadmap for each client with an annual budget.
- Manage escalations from client success and the client, and prepare analytics on the performance of cloudEQ at the client.
- Analyze customer needs, suggest upgrades or additional features, and design technology proposals.
- Conduct monthly check-in calls with all clients and establish positive long-term relationships.
- Real-time knowledge of all active projects/services, strategy development, and manage metrics (SLAs, Billing, progress toward QBR).
- Proactively tackle issues that arise on both client and internal sides, ensure accuracy of billing, and be the single point of contact for client success to navigate the COE.
- Assist with resource allocation, demand management, capacity planning at the COE for the client.
**Qualifications:**
- Excellent communication (English), management, facilitation, financial, and analytical skills.
- Strong Business Acumen and 5 years in a technical role or PM.
- Located in Chandigarh and willing to go the extra mile to achieve outcomes.
- Technical proficiency is preferred, with the ability to interpret and apply various standards for clients.
- Detail-oriented, results-focused, effective leader, mentor, and communicator.
- Strong reading comprehension and writing skills are required, along with the ability to multitask effectively.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience in cloud technology and technical services roles.
- Bachelor's degree in a business or technology-related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Soft skills like listening, problem-solving, self-motivation, teamwork, and adaptability are essential.
