Job Description
As a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at our fast-growing international services organization, your role will be crucial in leading the financial strategy, governance, and performance across multiple geographies. You will partner closely with the CEO and shareholders to drive sustainable growth, financial discipline, and capital efficiency. Your expertise in global financial operations and funding structures within a multinational services environment will be essential for success.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Act as a strategic advisor to the Board and executive leadership on growth, investments, profitability, and risk management.
- Define and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with long-term business objectives.
- Lead financial planning to support expansion and operational scalability.
- Build financial models to support new markets, acquisitions, or strategic initiatives.
- Oversee finance function across multiple countries including accounting, forecasting, treasury, tax, audit, and compliance.
- Standardize financial processes globally and ensure accurate consolidated financial reporting.
- Strengthen financial IT systems, automation, and reporting capabilities.
- Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Lead initiatives on debt structuring, bank financing, and working capital optimization.
- Support capital fundraising initiatives when required and oversee cash flow management.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and corporate governance standards.
- Manage audits, regulatory reporting, and implement internal controls and financial risk management practices.
- Partner with business leaders to improve margins, operational efficiency, and cost optimization.
- Provide financial insights supporting pricing strategies and client profitability.
- Provide leadership to the global finance team and transactional services center.
- Develop and mentor regional finance professionals for a sustainable leadership pipeline aligned with the company's strategy.
**Qualification Required:**
- Chartered Accountant / CPA / ACCA / equivalent professional finance qualification required; MBA Finance preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including senior executive or CFO-level exposure.
- Proven experience managing global or multi-country finance operations.
- Strong background in bank financing, lender negotiations, and capital management.
- Experience within the services industry, BPO, outsourcing, or global services organizations strongly preferred.
- Experience working with international stakeholders and cross-cultural leadership teams.
