With 4-6 years of experience in the Beauty Salon & Spa industry, you are well-equipped to take on this challenging role. As the CEO, your key responsibilities will include: - Overseeing franchise expansion, from setting up stores to ensuring compliance and documentation, including franchisee agreements. - Managing operations across different store models (COCO / COFO / FOFO), supporting franchisees, enhancing customer service, boosting sales, and turning non-profitable stores profitable. - Leading team management, budgeting, financial management, regulatory compliance, marketing, promotions, maintenance, safety, and soft skill training. - Handling HR and recruitment tasks such as talent sourcing, recruitment strategy, interviewing, retention policies, and compliance. - Spearheading website and social media marketing efforts to establish the brand, generate leads, and attract potential franchisees and clients. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will be expected to adopt innovative techniques and business strategies to differentiate the brand from competitors and drive growth.
