**Job Description:** KollegeApply is an AI-powered platform that assists students in exploring, comparing, and applying to colleges and universities globally. We are seeking a Founders Staff member to act as a versatile operator and strategic partner to our leadership team. You will collaborate across various functions including product, growth, operations, and finance to address critical challenges while gaining extensive exposure and ownership. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead Strategic Initiatives: Take ownership of projects from start to finish, including defining problems, developing strategies, and driving execution (e.g., launching products, optimizing core processes, exploring new markets). - Act as a Force Multiplier: Collaborate closely with the founder on high-priority issues, board presentations, market research, and data-driven decision-making. - Build & Scale: Contribute to scaling efforts by drafting product specifications, creating financial models, or establishing new business lines. - Conduct Analysis: Synthesize data into actionable insights, be proficient in data analysis tools, and effectively communicate complex findings. - Work Cross-Functionally: Serve as a liaison between teams, align stakeholders, and ensure goal alignment. - Research & Strategy: Conduct competitive scans, market sizing, user/college interviews, and consolidate findings into briefs/PRDs. **Qualifications Required:** - A Proven Operator: Possess 5+ years of experience in a high-growth startup, management consulting, or fast-paced environment with strong execution skills. - A Fast Learner: Demonstrate curiosity, self-motivation, and the ability to quickly adapt to new industries, business models, and technical concepts. - An Exceptional Communicator: Capable of delivering clear presentations to leadership and collaborating effectively with technical or business teams. - Highly Analytical: Proficient in quantitative analysis, financial modeling, and deriving insights from data. - Entrepreneurial: Comfortable with ownership, ambiguity, and risk.
