Business Development Manager - Agency Channel

Role :

Responsible for recruiting, training, and managing insurance advisors in the Agency Channel to achieve business and revenue targets.
The role involves acting as a Recruiter, Coach, and Sales Leader to build a high-performing advisor network.


Key Responsibilities:

Recruit and onboard quality advisors for the Agency Channel by promoting career opportunities.
Ensure advisors receive proper training on products, regulations, and sales processes.
Monitor advisor performance and provide regular coaching and motivation.
Support advisors through field training and client meetings to improve sales productivity.
Achieve recruitment and business targets through the advisor team.
Conduct promotional and recruitment activities to expand the Agency Channel network.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through need-based selling.


Skills & Requirements:

Strong communication and leadership skills.
Sales and target-oriented mindset.
Ability to train, guide, and motivate teams.
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
Experience in insurance or Agency Channel sales is an added advantage.
