Job Description

As a Business Analyst supporting the Marketing function, your role involves analyzing data, solving business problems, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive data-backed decision-making and accelerate marketing ROI. You will work closely with Digital, Brand, Performance Marketing, Product, and Sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze marketing performance data across digital, offline, and campaign channels.
  • Track KPIs such as CAC, lead quality, funnel conversion, retention, and ROI.
  • Develop dashboards and automated reports using tools like Power BI/Tableau for leadership.
  • Identify growth opportunities, gaps, and bottlenecks in marketing funnels.
  • Conduct competitor analysis, customer segmentation, and market trend evaluations.
  • Support leadership with insights for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Operations to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
  • Partner with Digital Marketing teams to optimize campaigns.
  • Work with Tech teams to enhance tracking, attribution models, and CRM.
  • Build predictive models and marketing attribution frameworks.
  • Maintain data accuracy, hygiene, and governance across marketing systems.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications Required:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate from a Tier 1 college.
  • 2-5 years of experience in business analytics, marketing analytics, or consulting.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, Google Analytics, and CRM tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize tasks, and deliver actionable insights.
