Brand Manager & Creative Coordinator

As the right-hand person to Giulia, you will play a crucial role in keeping things organized, growing collaborations, bringing in fresh ideas, and ensuring the creative wheels keep turning. The role will involve representing Giulia with brands, organizing shoots, and coordinating various aspects of the business. **Key Responsibilities:** - Reach out to brands, PR agencies, and collaborators to secure new partnerships. - Handle brand correspondence, contracts, and ensure follow-ups are completed. - Conduct research to identify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and content development. - Organize shoots including outfits, locations, videographers, and logistics. - Bring creative ideas and research for future content. - Manage administrative tasks such as emails, invoices, and payments. - Assist with social media tasks like drafting posts, creating graphics, and maintaining brand consistency. - Coordinate freelance creatives and onboard new team members. - Attend shoots, PR events, and provide occasional filming support in Mumbai. - Maintain a high level of organization and ensure smooth operations. **Qualifications Required:** - Super organized and reliable with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. - Experience in brand partnerships, influencer marketing, or PR. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Comfortable working with both European and international clients. - Proficient in email management, admin tasks, and attention to detail. - Tech-savvy with knowledge of AI tools and Google Sheets. - Eye for design and maintaining brand consistency. - Positive attitude, charisma, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. - Willingness to step out of your comfort zone. **Additional Details:** You will have the opportunity to work directly with Only One Giulia in a small, international team filled with energy and ideas.
