Brand Management Specialist

As the Associate Personal Brand, Social Media & Collaborations at ShowmeDamani, you will be responsible for owning the strategy and execution behind the brand across content, press, partnerships, and public presence. Your role will involve shaping the voice of ShowmeDamani, scaling outreach, and ensuring meaningful engagement across various platforms and media ecosystems. You will work closely with Anirudh Damani and the Content & Community team to amplify the founder's public voice and visibility. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Content Strategy & Calendar Ownership:** Build and manage a rolling 30-60 day content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube Shorts. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent output. - **Long-Form Writing & Brand Narrative:** Assist in developing long-form blogs, newsletters, LinkedIn articles, and thought-leadership pieces reflecting the founder's tone and clarity. - **Engagement & Community Management:** Manage comments, replies, and social mentions across platforms while maintaining active and intelligent engagement. - **PR, Press & Ecosystem Collaborations:** Identify and reach out to media partners, PR teams, podcast hosts, and ecosystem collaborators. Manage outreach for speaking engagements and strategic visibility opportunities. - **Research & Relationship Development:** Map content and collaboration opportunities, shortlist collaborators based on alignment, and maintain a CRM of live opportunities. - **Analytics & Performance Optimization:** Maintain a performance dashboard tracking reach, shares, comments, follower growth, and platform-specific trends. Use data to evolve content strategy. **Qualifications Required:** - 3-6 years of experience managing personal brands or founder-led platforms. - Proven success in engaging across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube Shorts. - Strong communication skills, impeccable writing abilities, and a founder-first mindset. - Experience in press, PR, and podcast outreach or managing collaborations with media platforms. - Comfortable working directly with founders or CXOs with strong editorial judgment. - Organized, accountable, and capable of managing high-output content pipeline. In addition to the responsibilities and qualifications, ShowmeDamani offers a competitive compensation package with a total annual compensation of 21,00,000 INR, including a fixed annual salary of 18,00,000 INR and a retention bonus of 3,00,000 INR.
