Job Description
As an Operations Manager in the Financial services sector based in Chennai, your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating with Branches/Zonal Offices/Head Offices for Data Collection, Document Collection, Credit follow-up, getting help for NC cases, and other operational issues.
- Attending operational/document-related Customer Queries.
- Coordinating with legal & resolution team for operational/document-related queries.
- Preparing MIS reports for Record Management (ORMC Reports).
- Maintenance of All Account custody Master including daily updation, reconciliation, and report generation.
- Driving the Chennai team for Data Eyeballing, LOD, Segregation Activity, and record management.
- Releasing original Security documents to paid borrowers from RARC end and coordinating with branches for release from their end.
- Visiting Branch offices/Zonal Offices/Head offices for Data Collection, Document Collection, Credit follow-up, and getting help for NC cases and other operational issues.
- Following up with borrowers for recovery (Leads generated from your end).
- Uploading Scan file DMS and managing vendors for works pertaining to the south.
- Preparing Authority Letter & Release Letter.
- Coordinating with bankers wherever necessary in legal matters of assigned cases.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry.
