Job Description
As a Backend Office Executive in the Auction Operations of a Used Auto Parts Business exporting to Australia, your role will involve handling online auction bidding for vehicles & auto parts and supporting daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and place bids on online auto auctions
Research auto parts pricing and availability
Maintain records in Excel / Google Sheets
Update listings and backend data
Coordinate with purchase and sales teams
Handle general office backend tasks
Qualifications Required:
Strong computer & internet browsing skills
Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
Attention to detail
Comfortable with early morning shift
Basic English communication (preferred)
In addition to the responsibilities and qualifications mentioned, experience in auctions, e-commerce, auto parts, Shopify, Facebook Marketplace, or Gumtree Australia would be preferred.
The company operates on a full-time, permanent basis with a salary ranging from 18,000.00 to 25,000.00 per month, depending on experience, with additional incentives offered. The work location is in person.
