AWS Solution Architect

Role Overview: This is a full-time, on-site role for an AWS Solution Architect based in Pune Division. As an AWS Solution Architect, your primary responsibility will be designing and implementing scalable, secure, and robust solutions on the AWS platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, deliver tailored architecture, manage integrations with various systems, and participate in software development projects. Your role will involve providing technical consulting, ensuring solutions align with business processes and objectives, and collaborating with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement end-to-end cloud architectures on AWS - Define scalable, resilient, and cost-optimized solutions - Lead cloud migration and modernization initiatives - Architect solutions using EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, EKS, MSK, and IoT Core - Ensure security best practices (IAM, KMS, VPC, encryption, compliance) - Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, Code Pipeline) - Drive system integration across multiple platforms and services - Perform architecture reviews, performance tuning, and cost optimization - Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineering teams - Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions Qualification Required: - 812+ years of experience in software engineering/cloud architecture - Strong hands-on experience with AWS services and architecture design - Expertise in microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes/EKS) - Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation/CDK) - Knowledge of event-driven architectures (Kafka/MSK, MQTT, streaming) - Hands-on experience with backend technologies (Java, Spring Boot, Node.js) - Strong understanding of networking (VPC, Load Balancers, DNS) - Experience with monitoring and logging tools (CloudWatch, ELK, Datadog) Additional Details: The company emphasizes strong solution architecture and system design capabilities, excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills, the ability to align technical solutions with business processes, a strong problem-solving and analytical mindset, as well as effective communication and team collaboration skills.
