You are a skilled AWS Data Engineer/Senior Data Engineer with expertise in Big Data technologies and cloud-based data platforms. Your hands-on experience with AWS, Python, and PySpark, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, will be crucial for building scalable, reliable, and high-performance data solutions, particularly for Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Pharmaceutical domains. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines using AWS services. - Work on Big Data processing using PySpark and Python. - Build scalable and efficient data solutions for structured and semi-structured data. - Understand business requirements and translate Business KPIs into data solutions. - Perform data transformations, validations, and optimizations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, analytics, and engineering. - Ensure data quality, performance, security, and scalability. - Troubleshoot data issues and optimize existing pipelines. - Work independently as well as in a team-based Agile environment. **Mandatory Skills:** - Strong hands-on experience with AWS Cloud. - Proficiency in Python. - Hands-on experience with PySpark. - Experience as a Big Data Developer / Data Engineer. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. **Good to Have/Preferred Skills:** - Experience in Healthcare / Life Science / Pharmaceutical domains. - Understanding of Business KPIs and reporting needs. - Experience working with diverse stakeholders. - Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
