Job Description

As an experienced IT professional with a focus on the telecom industry, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing cloud architectures primarily on Microsoft Azure. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading solution planning and designing for telecom platforms and services, ensuring high-level and low-level designs are robust and aligned with business requirements.
  • Translating operational needs into cloud-native and hybrid architectures, focusing on scalability, resilience, and high availability.
  • Defining reference architectures, design standards, and best practices for BSS/OSS systems, Charging, Billing, CRM, Order Management, Core Network, VAS, and Digital Channels.
  • Collaborating with network, IT, and operations teams to ensure cloud solutions meet telecom network constraints and SLAs.
  • Supporting legacy-to-cloud migration and modernization initiatives in telecom environments.
  • Architecting and governing Azure services related to compute, networking, storage, security, and integration.
  • Ensuring compliance with security, performance, and cost optimization principles.
  • Providing technical guidance to development, DevOps, and operations teams.
  • Participating in architecture reviews, design validations, and technical decision-making forums.
  • Acting as a technical advisor to business stakeholders, pre-sales teams, and delivery managers.
  • Supporting RFPs, solution estimations, and technical proposals.
  • Collaborating with vendors, system integrators, and internal teams to deliver efficient solutions.
  • Utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges.
  • Demonstrating excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Operating effectively at both strategic and hands-on levels.
  • Having experience working in large, complex enterprise telecom environments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Additionally, it is important to note that remote work is not available for this position. This is a full-time role requiring expertise in design, academics, AutoCAD 3D, Cafe, Fabrication, and Java. The role falls under the Engineering department/functional area with unspecified years of experience required.
