Job Description
You will be responsible for providing CISO-level cybersecurity leadership and governance for enterprise and BFSI clients. This includes covering security strategy, risk management, policy frameworks, and executive reporting.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading regulatory, compliance, and security audits for SEBI, exchanges, SOX, VAPT, and Information Security. This involves owning scoping, gap analysis, remediation, and final audit sign-off.
- Acting as a trusted cybersecurity authority in pre-sales engagements to support enterprise deal closures through risk assessment, security assurance, and solution validation.
- Designing and recommending enterprise-grade cybersecurity architectures and solutions that influence scope, controls, and commercial decisions aligned to client risk and regulatory needs.
- Overseeing incident response planning, cyber resilience, and DR governance. This also includes conducting full-scale DR drills and crisis management for mission-critical environments.
- Governing cybersecurity for large, distributed infrastructures such as multi-location, active-active DC/DR, and cloud-hosted workloads. Your role will ensure 24/7 security, availability, and compliance.
- Driving cybersecurity transformation and automation initiatives to strengthen security posture, improve operational efficiency, and enable secure business growth.
