Job Description
Key Responsibilities Tendering
-
Search, identify, and download Government & Private tenders from portals such as GeM, CPPP, State e-Procurement portals, and other tender platforms
-
Study tender documents, eligibility criteria, BOQ, and technical specifications
-
Coordinate with internal teams for technical, commercial, and statutory documentation
-
Prepare and compile complete technical and commercial bid documents
-
Upload and submit tenders online/offline within stipulated deadlines
-
Track corrigendum's, clarifications, amendments, and tender results
-
Maintain proper records of submitted, ongoing, and upcoming tenders
-
Assist in post-tender activities such as negotiations and LOA/WO follow-ups
Skills & Requirements
-
Knowledge of Government and Private Tendering processes
-
Familiarity with e-Tendering portals (GeM, CPPP, State portals etc.)

Strong documentation and coordination skills
-
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PDF handling)

Good communication and organizational abilities
-
Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet deadlines
Qualification & Experience
-
Graduate in any discipline (Preferred)
-
1 to 3 years of relevant experience in Tendering
Compensation
-
Salary Range: 1.5 Lakh to 2.5 Lakh per annum (Based on experience)
