Job Description
As an Assistant Manager/ Manager PMO at Fabindia Limited, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Work closely with the assigned functions head and key people on end-to-end Project Management of all cross-functional critical strategic and tactical projects prioritized by Fabindia Management/ Head Strategy & Planning. This includes conceptualization, creation of Gantt Charts, periodic reviews, and closure of the project. You will culminate with the creation of a report capturing the learning from the project, hits, and misses.
- Lead or support transformation projects such as efficiency/productivity enhancement, opex optimization, digital transformation, etc., as per company priorities. This may involve cross-functional coordination and the removal of bottlenecks for successful and fast implementation.
- Track critical KPIs for various functions on predefined periodicity, generate insights/trends, and report findings.
- Support in the execution of Governance Calendar, including monthly functional reviews by capturing key actionables into Action Trackers and monitoring progress.
- Design new processes or enhancements in existing processes to increase efficiency or cost optimization.
- Assist the Head Strategy & Planning in KRA finalization and periodic assessment activity for all HODs.
Qualification Required:
- 0-3 years experience in Retail Industry (Consulting/Business Excellence/Strategy & Planning/Business Analyst, FP&A). Non-Retail/e-commerce profiles should not apply.
- Graduate (Engineering/Commerce)/Post Graduate (PGPM/MBA). Correspondence courses are not eligible.
- Education Background from premier institutes like Top IITs, SRCC, LSR, Top IIMs, SPJ, MDI, FMS, NMIMS, ISB, XLRI, IIFT.
Key Skills Needed:
- Excellent Process Design Skills (Process-Activity-Task, Formats/Annexures).
- Proficiency in creating PowerPoint presentations (Slide Design & Communication).
- Strong communication skills (written & oral).
- Experience working with Senior Management/CXO levels.
- Strong analytical and data management skills. Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Working knowledge of MS Project or Primavera would be a plus.
- Exposure to ERP, Power BI & Tableau would be an additional advantage.
