Assistant Manager - FP&A

As an Assistant Manager FP&A at Aurigo, you will play a crucial role in managing various financial planning and analysis activities to support the company's growth and strategic decision-making. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing Monthly and periodical reporting, including variance and analysis reports. - Working closely with the leadership team to formulate the company's annual and long-term budget and business plans. - Collaborating with Business Unit heads to build their annual budgets and forecasts. - Monitoring forecast accuracy, understanding drivers of variances, and providing insightful commentary & analysis for both current and future periods. - Building financial models and analyses with little guidance, drawing conclusions, making recommendations, and driving improvements. - Implementing tools and processes to streamline the FP&A function, integrating various existing systems and data points to create integrated reports and analysis. - Building and training the FP&A team as the company grows. - Analyzing financial and operational results to enhance company performance. - Performing ad-hoc business analyses and financial modeling, presenting recommendations to senior management on strategic decisions and planned future initiatives. - Supporting initiatives focused on financial process improvement and implementing changes to achieve efficiencies and the company's objectives in various areas. In addition to the responsibilities mentioned above, you may be assigned additional tasks as business needs evolve. Skills and Attributes required for this role: - Minimum of 4 years of relevant FP&A experience in the Software industry. - Good understanding of SAAS metrics and hands-on experience in tracking and reporting. - Proficiency in using tools such as Power BI and Advanced Excel. - Strong quantitative abilities and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication, presentation, influencing, and interpersonal skills. - High level of commercial acumen. - Advanced computer software skills, including writing macros in Excel and other accounting packages. - Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, CFA, or MBA.
