Assistant Automation

Role Overview: As an Assistant Lead Automation, Data & Intelligent Systems at IIDE, you will be responsible for owning database structures, automation workflows, and reporting pipelines. Leading a small team of 23 members, you will focus on improving efficiency through automation while ensuring data integrity and scalability. Your role will involve collaborating with business teams to identify and transform monotonous processes into reliable automated systems. Key Responsibilities: - Designing and maintaining clean, scalable database structures - Making architectural decisions around data normalization and identifiers - Ensuring data consistency, integrity, and reliability - Writing and optimizing advanced SQL queries for operational and analytical use - Designing, building, and owning end-to-end automations across departments - Identifying and eliminating monotonous, repetitive, or error-prone processes through automation - Building and managing data pipelines using tools such as Apache Airflow and Airbyte - Building clear, decision-ready dashboards for leadership and teams - Identifying opportunities for AI to augment automation and decision-making - Leading and mentoring a team of 23 members through guidance and prioritization Qualifications Required: Must Have: - Strong understanding of database structures and data modeling - Advanced SQL skills and relational database fundamentals - Proven experience building production-grade automations - Ability to debug, refactor, and own systems end-to-end - System-thinking mindset (thinks beyond individual tasks) Good to Have: - Experience with Python for data processing - Experience with Airflow, Airbyte, or similar orchestration tools - Exposure to cloud platforms like GCP and AWS - Experience with CRMs like LeadSquared or Zoho Note: If you enjoy turning chaos into systems, data into structure, and manual work into automation, this role at IIDE will provide you with real ownership and impact.
