Android Developer

As an Android Developer, you will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of Android applications. Your key responsibilities will include: - Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code - Design, build, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable Java code - Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application - Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs - Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability - Develop technical interfaces, specifications, and architecture - Use and adapt existing web applications for apps - Manage defect tracking system, resolve all issues, and prepare updates for systems Qualifications required for this role: - Degree in Software Development, Computer Science, or similar - 4+ years of experience in Android Development - Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, and React Native - Good to have knowledge of C++ - Ability to use Android Studio, including the Android SDK, with ease - Experience with third-party libraries and APIs - Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies - Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle - Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications - A knack for benchmarking and optimization As an Android Developer, you will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of Android applications.
