Analyzer engineer

As an Analyzer Service Engineer at Yodha Manufacturing & Equipment's Pvt Ltd, your role involves installation, commissioning, and start-up of process analyzers, CEMS & CAQMS systems. You will be responsible for preventive & corrective maintenance of analyzers, sample conditioning systems & shelters. Calibration of analyzers using certified reference gas standards and calibration cylinders will also be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, troubleshooting of Gas Chromatographs, optical analyzers, dust & opacity monitors, and servicing of continuous emission monitoring and ambient air quality monitoring systems will be required. Your qualifications must include proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to analyzer systems and instrumentation, experience with field service and on-site technical support, effective communication and interpersonal skills, a strong background in maintenance and repair of industrial automation systems, and previous experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or related industries. A Diploma / B. E / B. Tech in Instrumentation, Electronics, or Chemical Engineering along with 310 years of hands-on experience in analyzer servicing across process / environmental industries is required. Moreover, you should possess strong knowledge of GC, CEMS, CAQMS, dust & opacity analyzers, dew point & moisture analyzers, familiarity with Instrumentation, Analyzers, sample conditioning systems, sample probes, and gas handling systems, experience with RTD, Thermocouple calibration and temperature measurement instruments, ability to interpret P&IDs, loop diagrams, and OEM technical manuals, and willingness to travel pan India and internationally for project assignments.
