AI Technical Lead

Role Overview: You are being hired as an Offshore AI Technical Lead by Fipsar, a data solutions provider focused on empowering biopharmaceutical and healthcare organizations to leverage their data effectively. In this role, you will guide and mentor an offshore AI engineering team working on client projects related to biopharma analytics, data science, and AI solutions. Your responsibilities will include ensuring high-quality delivery of AI/ML solutions, mentoring junior data scientists, and establishing best practices for model development, deployment, and monitoring. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical leadership to a team of data scientists and AI engineers. - Design and implement machine learning and AI solutions for client projects. - Review and approve AI models, code, and technical designs. - Guide junior engineers in best practices for ML development and data engineering. - Ensure AI solutions are production-ready and scalable. - Collaborate with onsite leads and client stakeholders on solution design and delivery. - Establish standards for code quality, model performance, and documentation. - Support integration with data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, and cloud environments. Qualification Required: - 6+ years of experience in machine learning, AI, or data science development. - Strong programming skills in Python. - Experience building end-to-end ML pipelines. - Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP. - Strong understanding of model evaluation, deployment, and monitoring. - Ability to mentor junior engineers and review technical work.
