AI & Automation Specialist

As an AI Automation Specialist, your role will involve identifying and implementing AI-powered solutions to automate repetitive processes, improve efficiency, and optimize workflows across teams. You will be responsible for developing and executing automation strategies using RPA, AI, and low-code/no-code tools to eliminate bottlenecks in business operations. Collaboration with business leaders, product managers, and technology teams will be essential to drive AI transformation initiatives and scale automation impact. Additionally, you will educate teams on AI-driven automation and facilitate smooth adoption of new processes. Deploying and managing AI tools such as NLP models, chatbots, document automation, and workflow optimization solutions will also be a key part of your responsibilities. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will assess pain points, design automation solutions, and implement AI-enabled productivity enhancements. Utilizing AI-driven analytics to provide actionable insights, drive continuous improvements, and support strategic decision-making will be crucial. Continuously tracking and refining automation solutions using key performance indicators (KPIs) and AI-driven analytics will also be part of your role. Qualifications Required: - Familiarity with low-code/no-code automation platforms (Bubble, Zapier AI, Make, Gumloop, n8n) - Basic working understanding of backend implementation such as API integrations, Python, and JavaScript - Familiarity with video editing and graphic editing tools (Heygen, Synthesia) - Ability to build standalone apps using platforms like Replit and Lovable - Hands-on experience in NLP tools, chatbot development, and workflow automation - Strong understanding of data analytics & visualization (Power BI, Tableau, Python) - Proficiency in AI/ML tools is a plus (TensorFlow, Langgraph, HuggingFace Transformers, etc) - AI tools for data science productivity is a plus (Cursor, Claude Code, H2O.ai, Windsurf, Copilot, etc) Soft Skills Required: - Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to identify inefficiencies & design AI-driven automation solutions - Leadership Skills: Strong ability to influence senior leaders and drive impactful projects - Communication & Collaboration: Ability to work with cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and drive change - Project Management: Experience in implementing AI/automation projects with measurable impact.
