AGM Finance & Accounts

As an experienced Finance professional with 6-8 years of experience in companies with an annual turnover above 50 Crs, preferably with exposure to Sales, Service, and Manufacturing segments, your role will involve the following responsibilities: **Primary Responsibilities:** - **Financial Accounting & Reporting:** - Oversee general accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting. - Ensure timely preparation of MIS reports, cash flow statements, and fund flow statements. - Monitor monthly expense provisions and financial closures. - Manage segment-wise accounting for branches and business units. - **Compliance & Taxation:** - Ensure statutory compliance related to GST, TDS/TCS, MCA filings, and other regulatory requirements. - Handle GST appeals, income tax scrutiny, and related matters. - Support internal and external audits. - **Banking & Working Capital Management:** - Manage banking operations including CC, LC, BG, and Buyers Credit. - Monitor working capital components including debtors, creditors, and OD limits. - Track Security Deposits (SD) and Earnest Money Deposits (EMD). - **Costing & Inventory Control:** - Monitor inventory accounting and valuation. - Support costing and expense control initiatives. - **Financial Planning & Analysis:** - Prepare cash flow forecasts and financial plans. - Provide financial insights to management for strategic decision-making. - Assist in long-term business and financial planning. - **Team Management:** - Lead and manage the Finance & Accounts team. - Allocate responsibilities and monitor performance to ensure timely deliverables. - **Import/Export Accounting:** - Handle accounting and financial aspects related to import/export transactions. **Secondary Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial issues. - Contribute to process improvements in finance and accounting systems. - Stay updated on accounting standards and tax regulations. **Qualifications:** - MCom / MBA Finance / CA (Inter) The salary range for this position is 10 L - 12 L Per annum.
