Job Description

Role Overview: As an Admission Officer, your role involves advising students and parents on their learning needs through structured Counselling Sessions to enhance student outcomes and academic success. You will play a crucial part in contributing towards revenue generation by achieving sales targets and converting leads into successful admissions. Key Responsibilities: - Contribute towards revenue generation by achieving sales targets. - Sell/up-sell/cross-sell the company's exclusive range of education courses to existing and prospective students. - Convert new/qualified leads into successful admissions to meet the assigned sales target. - Update student information in the system for lead management and follow-ups. - Attend regular training sessions on Product Knowledge and Sales Skills to exceed sales targets. - Ensure adherence to internal processes and compliances. Qualification Required: - Bachelors degree is a must. - Preferred qualifications include BTech, MBA, Masters in Psychology, Education, etc. - Previous experience in education or career counseling is necessary. - Previous experience in Business to Customer (B2C) sales across industries is preferred. Additional Details: The company values customer orientation, a sense of ownership and accountability, result orientation, and emotional intelligence for effective teamwork. Fluency in English and a Regional Language is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, writing emails, and comfort with sales and services software.
